Used to keep the product free from contamination we have supplied virtually our whole range of magnetic separators to food manufacturing companies for in-line protection. Primarily supplied with high intensity rare earth magnets, we manufacture Magnetic Plates for chutes, the Magnetic Grids or Magnetic Tubes for hoppers, Single or Double Row Magnetic Grid Boxes for gravity fed chutes. Where risk of product bridging may occur in vertical chutes, we recommend the Double Door Filter Box. We also manufacture the Bullet Magnet for pneumatic pipelines, Suspension Magnet for conveyors and the Magnetic Pipeline for liquids. The Magnetic Cartridge Separator is ideal for free flowing fine products such as flour and has the added advantage of an easy-clean facility.

We also manufacture special items to certain customer's specific design. We adhere to strict food quality standards, manufacturing items completely in stainless steel and meeting the customers' requirements in terms of weld and finish.

Where metal contamination occurs in a pneumatically conveyed pipeline, usually in the blow room, we recommend a Magnetic Hump, this can also be manufactured in stainless steel, with rare earth magnets where hygiene is imperative. We also manufacture the Magnet Type CPM32 specifically designed for carding machines. For needle looms and needle punching machines, the Magnet Type CPM38 has been designed for this purpose. With an ever increasing need for hygiene and product safety demanded by retailers, checked by highly sensitive metal detectors, we also manufacture our range encased in stainless steel with powerful high intensity rare earth magnets capable of extracting minute ferrous particles. The General Purpose Block Magnet is also used in some applications. The Magnetic Sweeper is used to keep floor space free from ferrous contamination.

Whether you wish to 'clean' your product of ferrous metal contamination or protect your machinery from tramp iron, we can provide the magnet for your requirements. We manufacture the Magnetic Grids or Magnetic Tubes to be placed in hoppers. We also supply Single or Double Row Magnetic Grid Boxes for fitting into gravity fed chutes.

Where risk of product bridging may occur in vertical chutes, we recommend the Double Door Filter Box. For conveyors, Suspension Magnets are often installed. We can also supply the Magnetic Hump and the Bullet Magnet for fitting in pneumatic or gravity fed pipelines. Hinged Magnetic Plates are also used for fitting to the underside of inclined chutes.

Magnetic Rails or 'bar magnets' are used in conjunction with conveyors for product holding and handling applications. As a specialist firm we can manufacture to almost any size and width within reason, and can provide varying holding strengths depending upon the application required.

Used in-line after powerful shredders, the Magnetic Hump is used to extract the chopped ferrous metal contamination from the product. This serves both to 'clean' the end result product whether it is shredded pallet or other wood waste, and protect machinery further down the line, such as boilers or incinerators. Similarly the magnetic hump is fitted into dust extraction pipelines to protect the in-line fans or suction units. Where pressure and space limitation are more critical factors, we recommend the Bullet Magnet. In certain situations where bridging may occur, we recommend the Double Door Filter Box.

Whether it is glass recycling or powder handling, the Single or Double Row Magnetic Grid Boxes provide the ideal solution. With removable drawers, powerful rare earth magnets and an easy-clean facility, we manufacture according to type of product and flow rate to prevent blockage.

Where risk of product bridging may occur in vertical chutes, we recommend the Double Door Filter Box. We also manufacture Magnetic Grids or Magnetic Tubes for more simple applications. Magnetic Plates for in-line processing and the Bullet Magnet for pneumatic pipelines are also used. Powerful rare earth versions of the magnetic grid with narrow mesh and the Pipeline Magnet are used for the extraction of ferrous particles from ceramic slip. We have also manufactured special items for the ceramics industry such as easy-clean magnetic tables which can be washed down easily after use.

Used as magnetic tools often to aid manufacturing, these items include the Magnetic Sheet Separator which is often used in pressed steel and sheet metal industries for separating sheet steel to enable ease of handling. The General Purpose Block Magnet is an all purpose magnet which can be used for a variety of applications. Angular magnets are also available for positioning items to aid in welding.

We supply a range of Small Industrial Magnets in various shapes, sizes, and materials. We can cut and magnetise ferrite magnets to the size you require. We also supply alnico magnets for heat resistant applications or rare earth magnets with particularly high gauss ratings where strength and holding power are the main criteria.
